Evariste Touadera, the son of the President of the Central African Republic Faustin-Archange Touadera, was caught on video hitting two health workers in Kislovodsk, a town in southern Russia. It reports that Evariste Touadera came to Kislovodsk for rehabilitation but tried to escape from the attendants.

In the video, Touadera punched one of the men and attacked a woman, the therapist accompanying him on the trip. The video soon went viral on social media.
